1. Introduction
At Renewkneerinsing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds for Lightstep products purchased through our website renewkneerinsing.world.
This policy is designed to comply with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Belgian consumer protection legislation.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the last item.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement. You can do this by:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened Products: The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- Original Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Complete Packaging: All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
- Time Limit: The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
3.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, where the unsealing makes the product unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been mixed with other substances after delivery
As Lightstep is a dietary supplement, once the seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return for health and safety reasons.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
4.2 Returning the Product
After receiving return authorization:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or delivery note
- Ship the product to the address we provide
- Keep proof of postage and tracking information
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If we sent you the wrong product or if the product was defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4.4 Return Deadline
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Amount
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
5.2 Refund Timeline
We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than:
- 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or
- 14 days from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest
5.3 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5.4 Deduction for Diminished Value
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. However, this does not apply if the product was opened due to a defect or to verify the nature and characteristics of the goods.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
For defective or damaged products, we will either:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs
7. Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
8. Legal Guarantee
In addition to your right of withdrawal, EU consumer law provides a legal guarantee of conformity for goods. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have rights under this guarantee for up to two years from delivery.
Under the legal guarantee, you may be entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- A price reduction
- A full refund
9. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at managers@renewkneerinsing.world We will do our best to cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process described above.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
